What am I rewarded for completing surveys?
This depends on the length of interview. Most rewards vary from £0.50 up to £10. The cash reward for the survey is clearly stated before you participate. In addition we run monthly prize draws for every Crowdology™ member who has completed a survey in the last month. So every month you have a chance of winning our Member Bonus draw, worth £25.
Will I be rewarded for every survey I complete?
Yes, if you fully complete a survey. Most of our regular surveys are relevant to many of Crowdology™ panellists, but sometimes not everyone fits the profile. You are not paid for answering the screening questions (e.g. what brand of mobile phone do you own?), but if you are not relevant for the full survey and we can’t switch you to a relevant survey in the same month, you will be entered into our monthly screener prize draw, worth £10. When you complete your personal profile, you will be entered into our Welcome prize draw, worth £10.
How will my rewards be paid?
Rewards for completed surveys are paid in cash via PayPal. You can draw down your rewards when you have a minimum of £4 in your account, or alternatively save your rewards until your are ready to redeem them.
Can I invite my friends to join Crowdology™?
Please do! For every person you refer who signs up to the Crowdology™ online community we will give you an entry to our monthly refer a friend prize draw, worth £10. You can invite as many people as you like - for each person who completes the registration form you will get an entry into the draw.
How will I know if I have won the monthly “member bonus draw” or “screener prize draw”?
We will notify you by email. We will also publish winners on our website.
How are winners of the Prize Draws paid?
The Member Bonus, Screener, Refer a Friend and Welcome prize draws are run every month. Winners are paid in Amazon Vouchers for the equivalent cash value stated for each draw.

Do I need a PayPal account? paid?
Yes, this is how the rewards you earn are paid. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is free to join and simple to set up. For more information on PayPal, and how to join please go to their website.
Can rewards be paid by cheque? account? paid?
No. We use Pay Pal because it is an efficient system, widely used and respected. It allows us to keep administration costs lower, and to pay our members more for their rewards.
How Do I set up a PayPal account?
If you do not have an account with PayPal, PayPal will automatically set this up and send you details on how to login when the transfer is complete.
Will I be charged for using PayPal?
PayPal charges a 2% handling fee for transferring money to a panel members PayPal account. A transfer can be requested once the threshold of £4 in your account is reached.
How long does it take to receive my rewards?
The transfer of funds is instantaneous once the request has been made.
I have a different email address for my PayPal account?
If your registered Crowdology™ email address is different from an existing PayPal account, you should either change the registered Crowdology™email address, or add your current Crowdology™ email to your existing PayPal account.
